Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for unopened/unused items in the original packaging within 14 days after the date of purchase with the receipt. Merchandise must be new (never been used) and unopened and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards. We will not accept opened boxes, dirty, washed, or used products. Any items defined as non-refundable(final sale) are not within our return guidelines.
Please Note: for safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are final sale. These products include, but are not limited to feeding products & accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, gears, furniture and undergarments. All hygiene products and items contact skin directly are final sale. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All purchases of sale merchandise, gears, car seat, stroller, electronics, mattress, furniture, pillow, swimwear, bedding, diaper, food, toys, and plush are final sale. All opened/used or items on sale are FINAL SALE, returns or exchanges will not be offered. All gears like strollers, car seats, etc, are final sale. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable.
A gift receipt can only receive an exchange or refund for the value paid in the form of store credit. Cash will not be issued. NO refunds or exchanges will be permitted without a receipt or gift receipt. After 14 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged and are a final sale. Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALES.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
Shipping
*We only ship within Canada*
We can not ship to P.O.Box addresses.
Inside Ontario
- FREE economy shipping on orders of $199 CAD(before tax) or more in Ontario excluding remote & difficult serve locations.
- The free shipping will not be applied to your order if the products have a special or promotion price or are large in size. You will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
- Orders below $199(before tax) are subject to an economy shipping fee.
- All orders require at least 3-5 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Outside Ontario
- Orders are subject to economy shipping fees excluding remote & difficult serve locations.
- The standard shipping fee will not be applied to your order if the products have a special or promotion price or are large in size. You will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
- All orders require at least 3-5 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- We do not ship to Northwest Territories & Yukon & some other Territory.
Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
Important notice:
All packages shipping out are economy shipping, no signature required or any special instructions applied.
If you require a signature on delivery or do not safe drop or any kind of special instructions, please let us know ahead and there will be an additional shipping charge for those services.
All shipping time mentioned on our website is estimated time only and is only for reference and may differ from the actual delivery time based our your shipping address.
For all packages that got lost or missing or damaged during the shipping process or after a safe drop (normally left near the front door) or after the delivery is done, please directly contact the shipping company for any issues. ( UPS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR, etc.)
We understand how frustrating it could be, but unfortunately, we won't be able or responsible to cover the loss or replace your order.
You are responsible for all service charges like shipping and handling charges for a replacement or to get a repair.
The warranty for our products is provided by the supplier or the manufacturer.

All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Any order discrepancies need to be reported to [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
Inside Great Toronto Area
For the address of the Great Toronto Area, there is a chance your order will be delivered by the local delivery team.
Processing Time
All orders require at least 3-5 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered.
Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time.
For items on backorder, shipping dates are not guaranteed.
